PerForm Proximal Contact Instrument provides total control when forming interproximal contacts on composite restorations on the posterior region for Class II restorations. It features a one-of-a-kind push/pull technique to allow the matrix and composite to be secured in place.
The tool allows for easy removal, especially when light-curing is complete. PerForm Proximal Contact Instrument is designed with a mesial contact former on one end and a distal contact former on the other.
