Factory Direct Dental offers free shipping on all orders over $300 before tax to its customers.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST ship the same day. Depending on location, orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days. Currently, we are unable to offer shipping services to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders can then be tracked by going to "account" and clicking on the order.
Depending on your location, we use the couriers that are most reliable, including FedEx, UPS, Purolator, ICS.

No. As a deep-discount platform, we are unable to provide payment terms. Payments must be received prior to shipping.

Customers have access to all of our in-stock products in Canada. While we don’t accept backorders, we do strive to stock as many products as possible.
