5-0 Monocryl Sutures are absorbable sutures intended for closing wounds and approximating or ligating soft tissues. These sterile sutures measure 18" per pack and are composed of a copolymer with epsilon-caprolactone and glycolide.
Monocryl Sutures are delivered using the special Multipass PS-2 needle with a cutting-edge prime reverse point type. These synthetic sutures have an absorption rate of 90 to 120 days.
